This site provides information about 5percent and directs enquiries to our Discord. It does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or website application forms. Fonts and brand assets are served with the site. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information to deliver and protect it.
Discord applications and tickets
When you submit a ticket, the bot records your Discord account ID, ticket type, ticket status and creation time. Application forms collect the channel or business details you choose to provide, such as your Kick username, audience figures, company details, email, campaign requirements and support questions.
Submitted details and the conversation are posted in a private Discord channel for you and the relevant staff team. Other ordinary members, creators and partners cannot view your ticket. Discord processes information under its own privacy policy.
Drafts and conversation history
Unfinished two-step application drafts expire after one hour and are removed by the bot’s periodic cleanup. Submitted intake data is removed from the bot’s local processing record after it is posted successfully to the private ticket. Ticket metadata remains to manage the conversation and prevent duplicates.
Closing a ticket makes its channel read-only for the requester; it does not delete the conversation. Closed tickets and their metadata are retained until removed by the team. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, recovery phrases or identity documents through these forms.
